All Vedomme orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped with your tracking information.
Shipping costs within Australia
We currently offer complimentary shipping on all orders of $250+ and a standard flat rate for all other orders placed within Australia. Please see below for a breakdown on costs and approximate delivery times.

International shipping costs
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, and EU countries.
Kindly note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vedomme is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
